Keep in mind that the Hammer has a loud firing cycle and a lot of that noise is from the action. This suppressor will lower the muzzle report, but since your ear is next to the firing mechanism when you pull the trigger, you will still hear a lot of noise through the breech due to the design of the Hammer. This will still be loud and you may still want to wear hearing protection. We've heard there is a new "magazine" that seals better and may reduce some of the noise.
